Welcome to Jump Start!
Jump Start Level 1 is an 8-week curriculum-based program designed to educate participants on the four major pillars essential for fat-loss with an individualized accountable strategy.
Jump Start is not for everyone, just motivated individuals who are ready to make some reasonable lifestyle adjustments.
Do I need to attend meetings? NO
Do I need to take nutraceuticals, or buy branded packaged food? NO
Is this a diet? NO
What if I’m a vegetarian, or eat Kosher? NO Problem!
How will my progress be measured?
Body composition (calipers for in-person JumpStart participants), girth (tape measure), and weight
How do I know if I’m succeeding with the program?
Each Jump Start participant is assigned a certified health (American Council on Exercise) or nutrition (Precision Nutrition) coach who will review your completed and submitted weekly Lifestyle Diary. The coach will have at least 8 points of contact with you to discuss your successes and areas for improvement.
I don’t live in the Tenafly, NJ area, can I still participate?
YES! I’ll mail you the materials
Can children participate?
YES! With a parent’s supervision

Jump Start is a NOT a calorie restricted diet, meal plan, or insane exercise schedule. It is a realistic lifestyle that anyone can follow. In fact, it’s the how the JS coaches live. JS believes unwanted excess body fat may be caused by a variety of reasons; hormonal imbalance, inactivity, inadequate recovery, or misinformation to name a few. Our approach is a multi-disciplinary strategy examining more than just diet to help you succeed with an empowering, results-driven, sustainable plan.
