Bazzini Conditioning Studio is about helping all athletes develop a rich, deep movement vocabulary. As part of becoming a well-conditioned, fully prepared athlete, all aspects of fitness must be trained. This includes training for speed, agility, quickness, endurance, strength, power, stability, coordination and mobility.

For over 20 years, owner/operator Phillip Bazzini has worked with athletes at all levels – from grade school, through high school, into college and as professional athletes.

He also works with the general public and various groups who are interested in improving their functional mobility and overall fitness.
