Welcome to Bazzini Conditioning. Phillip is a Tenafly, NJ based strength and conditioning coach specializing in athletic development.
Athletic Development is a type of training methodology designed to serve as the foundational layer in preparation for future success in sports. The theory is that once athletes have achieved physical competence in a broad spectrum of motor tasks, the athlete can then focus on a single sport for ultimate success with a reduced chance of injury.
Bazzini Conditioning is about helping all athletes develop a rich, deep movement vocabulary. As part of becoming a well-conditioned, fully prepared athlete, all aspects of fitness must be trained. This includes training for speed, agility, quickness, endurance, strength, power, stability, coordination and mobility.
